Rachel is an experienced Programme and Project Manager and has spent the last 11+ years working in/with the NHS, both locally in Staffordshire and Cheshire and also nationally, having led the national GPN digital upskilling action learning set programme focused on the creation of GPN digital champions by developing confidence, capability and capacity for delivery of accessible technology.

Rachel leads on a number of primary care digital upskilling and digital initiatives across Cheshire and Northern Staffordshire and nationally, and has co-authored a number of published publications and books related to this work.

Rachel is passionate about introducing digital tools to support both primary care teams and patients.
