Lucy is an experienced manager who has worked in the NHS for the last 30 years. Lucy has a varied career portfolio predominantly leading on the NHS workforce agenda. Her previously roles have included working across both Primary Care and Secondary Care, Clinical Commissioning Groups, former Primary Care Trusts and NHS England.

Lucy was appointed to Howbeck Healthcare in 2016. She is very committed and driven to deliver on organisational outcomes. She has built strong and credible working relationships over many years within the NHS which she continues to build upon.

Her passion is to exceed at national level with formal recognition of the ‘structured teaching programme’ for Physician Associates developed locally in Staffordshire to be accredited after completing their post graduated PA diploma
