Jacki’s career in Health Care spans 43 years. Initially an RGN specialising in Intensive Care working in the NHS and overseas in Australia, then 20 years’ experience of working in senior clinical educational, operational and leadership roles including development and delivery of large scale complex change programmes across organisational boundaries. Winner of a HSJ Award in 2020 for leading the redesign of Mental Health services for adults and older people across Cheshire East. She holds a B.Ed, and an M.A. in Training and Human Resource Development.
Jacki retired from the NHS in 2021 and is currently undertaking a MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and has a special interest in Organisational Development and Change, Compassionate Leadership, Relationship and Team building and Personal Resilience and Self Care.
Jacki lives in North Staffordshire, has two sons one, a scientist undertaking further study in Ecology and Conservation and the other a medical student at Keele University.
