Emma started work in the NHS back in 1999 and has since worked in primary, secondary, community and mental health services. Her expertise includes programme management, mentoring, leadership and business development. Amongst other things Emma has undertaken successful service redesign projects, developed strategic business plans and established operational services in primary care.

Emma leads the Howbeck Tender Management and Bid Writing Team and is perhaps only one of very few people on the planet who gets excited when a new bid is launched!
