Abbie has worked in the NHS for 15 years, beginning her career in Primary Care where she supported the Practice Manager and developed a strong understanding of GP practice operations, patient services, and healthcare administration.

In 2017, Abbie moved from General Practice to work for Howbeck Healthcare, managing the Extended Access Hubs in Winsford and Crewe. Alongside overseeing hub operations, Abbie has supported a range of projects across Primary Care, developing extensive knowledge of clinical systems, IT processes, and service delivery.

Abbie also has experience managing PCN ARRS finances for 29 GP Practices, supporting financial monitoring, submitting monthly claims across Primary Care Networks. Abbie’s varied role has provided a broad understanding of Primary Care operations, collaborative working, and system-wide service improvement.
