We use a syndication feature which allows our Communications Team to create content, such as localised news items, which can be replicated, if required, across each geographical area ensuring that a consistent message can be relayed across practices within the same Federation area.
We aim to provide relevant and timely news and information, not only for patients but to help reduce unnecessary visits to the GP. One of the main aims when we write and add content, is to help to appropriately redirect patients whether that be to another member of the practice team, another organisation or to self-care.
We work individually with practices to ensure their patients get the best from their websites making sure the design, content and features enabled are catered towards the needs of their patient population.
