Our annual package even includes content management; this means that even though we provide you with training to edit and manage your website yourself, if you’re a little too busy with practice life, you can send any changes to us and we will do them on your behalf, for no extra cost!
As part of the content management, we also provide relevant and timely news updates inline with national health campaigns. This not only reiterates important health topics but also helps to try and reduce unnecessary visits to the GP. One of the main aims when we write and add this content, is to help appropriately redirect patients, whether that be to another member of the practice team, another organisation or to self-care at home.
You don’t need to worry about transferring all your information to your new site either, we take care of it all for you—and what’s more it’s included in the price.
We are a small team working individually with our clients, which means you receive a more personalised service ensuring you and your patients get the most from your website.

Step 1- Contact Us
Contact a member of our team to discuss your website requirements to see if what we offer is right for you.
Step 2 - SLA & Invoicing
A member of our team will contact you to discuss your website requirements.
We will then email a Service Level Agreement and invoice over to you. Once signed and invoice has been paid, we start work.


Step 3 - We Start Work
Our team work with you to create your new GP practice website using information from an existing surgery website or practice leaflet as a starting point. You will be assigned a single point of contact during the entire development phase.
Step 4 - Review
We will send you an email when your website has been built and is ready for you to view. We then ask that you take time to review all content and request any additions / changes.


Step 5 - Go Live
Once you are happy with your new website, our team will work with you to make your new site live on a date that suits your needs ensuring the switch is smooth from your old site to your new one.
If you have an existing website and domain name, no problem, we can transfer the domain across to us so we can manage your new website. *Please note this may incur a small charge
Step 6 - Training
After your site is live, we then provide training for up to two members of staff, free of charge. Once trained, you can deploy content changes across your website.
