Our GDPR offering consists of three core packages as described below, however, our aim will be to work with the potential customer to establish exactly what they are being provided by their local Commissioning Support Unit (CSU) (for example) and look to deliver a service that fills the gaps, based as much as possible on the defined packages that we have. For example, we believe that several areas with CSU support may have access to a general GDPR service commissioned by the CCGs which will provide advice, but not a full DPO service. In these areas, we may provide just the DPO service.
Purchase of any of the below packages, would also give practices access to our online portal containing a wealth of information, templates and guidance.
Package 1
GDPR Expert Placement – aimed at Feds/Alliances with 30+ practices
A GDPR expert works for 1 day a week for the customer (based on 30-35 practices) and offers a full GDPR service to be used as appropriate for the customer.
Purchase is of the full ‘Service’. Customer can recharge to practices as they see appropriate locally, but the service will be commissioned by the Fed/Alliance.

Package 2
GDPR Support Service + DPO package
This is the full GDPR service including DPO, IG Toolkits and the GDPR Support.
This can be purchased from individual practice level upwards.
This will be charged at £500+vat per practice (with the option to discount for volume).
Package 3
DPO Only
This will provide the DPO role ONLY, strictly adhering to the role definition below.
This will be charged at £250+vat per practice (with the option to discount for volume).
