Our annual package includes hosting, security, unlimited pages, member practice location map, quarterly statistics reports and much more. We also provide you with training to edit and manage your website yourself, but if you prefer you can send any changes or updates to us and we will do them on your behalf, for no extra cost!
You don’t need to worry about transferring all your information to your new site either, we take care of it all for you—and what’s more it’s included in the price.
We are a small team working individually with our clients, which means you receive a more personalised service ensuring you get the most from your website. Every member of our team also has extensive experience within the healthcare industry both in the public and private sector, meaning we make sure your website is compliant with NHS Guidance and that the design, content and features enabled are catered for your needs.

Step 1- Contact Us
Contact a member of our team to discuss your website requirements to see if what we offer is right for you.
Step 2 - SLA & Invoicing
A member of our team will contact you to discuss your website requirements.
We will then email a Service Level Agreement and invoice over to you. Once signed and invoice has been paid, we start work.
Step 3 - We Start Work
Our team work with you to create your new Federation website using information from an existing website or your organisations brochure as a starting point. You will be assigned a single point of contact during the entire development phase.
Step 4 - Review
We will send you an email when your website has been built and is ready for you to view. We will then work with you to review all content.
Step 5 - Go Live
Once you are happy with your new website, our team will work with you to make your new site live on a date that suits your needs ensuring the switch is smooth from your old site to your new one.
If you have an existing website and domain name, no problem, we can transfer the domain across to us so we can manage your new website. *Please note this may incur a small charge
Step 6 - Training
After your site is live, we then provide training for up to two members of staff, free of charge. Once trained, you can deploy content changes across your website.
