On today's DTL Forum, we explored how Digital & Transformation Leaders can make better use of data, prepare for the evolving NHS landscape, and lead the safe adoption of AI.
Some of the key themes were:
- Challenge the data you're given: Is it right? Is it fair? So what?
- Focus on trends and meaningful variation rather than league tables.
- Use AI to support analysis and reduce administrative burden, but always with appropriate governance and human oversight.
- As NHS contract management becomes increasingly data-driven, good data quality and coding have never been more important.
- Successful AI adoption is as much about leadership, trust and change management as it is about technology.
