The DTL showcase Conference has been planned by PCN DTL Leads for DTL leads. The aim is to deliver an inter-active event providing the content that DTL’s have identified as critical to the success of the role. The content will include:
- A key-note plenary session led by a senior NHS leader presenting the vision for Digital Transformation in Primary Care.
- Four inter-active workshops (from a choice of 8 sessions) each workshop showcasing real innovative digital initiatives in place in a PCN.
- A stimulating plenary session focussed on your leadership, personal resilience and change management – providing you with the tools needed to deliver your challenging agenda working across General Practices in a PCN.
- A range of expert speakers sharing innovative ideas and solutions for PCN DTL’s/local leaders to discuss and consider implementing in their PCN (based on the key priorities highlighted by the DTL Forum members), to showcase innovative solutions to issues being faced in Primary Care.
- Lots of opportunity for you to network with colleagues and to develop the contacts needed to support you in delivering your role.
