Freedom to Speak Up Service appears in National Guardians Office Annual Report

Our Freedom to Speak Up (FTSU) service has been complimented in the National Guardians Office Annual Report. Within the report Steven Pink, CEO for SELDOC Healthcare said, “The introduction of a Freedom to Speak Up policy and the presence of a guardian external to the organisation from Howbeck Healthcare, created a more formal structure for raising matters, which promoted greater transparency within the organisation. SELDOC also introduced an internal Freedom to Speak Up champion who workers could turn to if they didn’t feel able to contact their supervisor or manager.”
