Federation and PCN Support

We provide management support, including ‘embedded’ staff to 6 Federations, over 20 PCNs and over 100 practices.

We have a successful Bid Writing Team, we have supported bids across a wide spectrum and in the last six months we have co-produced successful bids for NHS Contracts, an APMS contract and two SBRI contracts.

GDPR / DPO Services

We provide hands on GDPR support to over 100 practices including the provision of the DPO function for practices and federations.

IT Support and Strategic IT Leadership

We provide practical IT support and Training as well as strategic advice to a number of practices, PCNs and federations. We have a range of tailored and bespoke services including our Practice Data Cleanse Programme.

How2 Training

We developed and we operate the hugely successful How2 IT training platform. This is run as a not for profit initiative to support General Practice across the UK.

Syndicated Websites

We develop and manage innovative, attractive, and effective Practice Websites. We are currently responsible for over 34 practice sites and 10 Federation/PCN sites.

Research and Innovation

We provide a unique service to potential innovators wanting to work with General Practice. We are currently working with a number of Tech providers and we support more traditional NHS Research initiatives.

Freedom to Speak Up Guardian Services

We provide a specialist Primary Care FTSU guardian service to over 100 practices, Federations and Primary Care providers.

Organisational Development

We provide bespoke facilitation and OD support to practices, PCNs and Federations, over the last six months we have planned and facilitated 6 PCN ‘away day’ sessions.

Training and Development

We have a large portfolio of Training and Development initiatives, including providing PA internship programmes across four ICBs, and the provision of GPA training and Nurse Digital upskilling.
