Formed in 2014, our main business is supporting GP Practices, PCNs and GP Federations.
In response to the Covid-19 crisis we have launched our Howbeck How2 online video resource to all GP Practices for free for the next 6 months in an effort to support our clinicians and practices during the current pandemic.
Videos include support on EMIS, EMIS Web and Docman 10 which are particularly useful for practices with many staff now working from home, and to support recently retired and former front line staff returning to practice to enable them to quickly get up to speed on the various primary care systems.

Howbeck Healthcare provides regular support to a number of GP Federations.
Our Federations vary greatly in terms of patient population, practice sizes, geographical deprivation and demography but they all have the same common goal of wanting their practices to work together.

Our services include strategic advice, project and programme management, horizon scanning and solution finding, commissioning and creating products, sharing good ideas between clients, bid writing, HR support, providing contractors and project staff and supplying services including our Freedom to Speak Up service, our DPO service and our Trusted Third Party Benchmarking.
Primary Care Market Access Consultancy
Given our unique knowledge of Primary care we also work with a range of companies to provide some of the solutions that our clients want – either in advising them on how to change / adapt their products for our market or by us directly commissioning solutions. We have won over £3 million of new income for our existing clients and have created several bespoke products with partners. We are available for consultancy and in our horizon scanning role we are always interested in products that may benefit our clients.
